I have a Lee 160 gr. RF mold that I am having trouble finding 45 ACP load data for. Will this bullet work in 1911s? Does anyone have experience reloading this cast bullet in 45 ACP? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I loaded a lot of 160 gr. LSWC bullets for 45 Auto using N100. Data is available from Accurate Powders or in the Lee books. It was clean accurate and uniform. I don't have my data at hand, just check the sources I listed.
It must be that stubby CBA little thing? make a few dummy rounds with some questionable brass found at the range and see if it cycles.
(sometimes, guns will feed from regular shooting but make fuss with various hand attempts, or the other way around)
I would start with midrange 180gr loads; look at http://data.hodgdon.com/main_menu.asp
