Default Set-up Sheet for a Lyman #55 Powder Measure

I recently bought a Lyman #55 Powder Measure and I am interested in finding out if anyone can tell me how to obtain one of the older "Set-up Sheets" that came with them a few years ago. I believe it is a table that gives powder charges thrown, by powder type and number.
I have used a Hornady Measure for around twenty years. I could find out what I want to know through trial and error, using my scale, but I would really like to get my hands on one of the Sheets.
    Thanks.
