Default 454 Casull loads for defense - Bear

I'm going to Alaska fishing and plan to take my Taurus RB 454. What's the best load? I've got a friend that'll reload for me and I want the maximum. Any ideas?

anything, bulletwise that weighs 260 grains or more
provides maximum penetration and is going at least 1000 fps
would pretty much be your minimums.
if you do a 280-300 gr cast boolit at 1000 fps this would be controllable and effective.
if you can shoot more power quickly and effectively then step up.
three hits with a bit less power, beats 6 misses any-day.
