I have a friend who has some winchester superlite powder and he wants to reload ammo for his 222 rifle. Can he use his WSL for this and if so how should he reload it?

WSL is listed around Unique in burnrate charts so this would be for reduced loads.
Some handloading manuals have such loads (Hornady?) but I don't have one at hand right now.
Is your friend a beginner in reloading?
