Until Oct 3 I will be in Bangor, ME. Anyone in the area and wants to share a brew and dinner, let me know. Yes, Vers and Clayt, I will be seeing you.

Banga (that's how it is pronounced for you non-New Englanders) is a nice area, so is most of Maine for whatever you like best: mountains, lakes, woods, seacoast - the farther from Mass, the nicer IMO. Give me a yell when you're motivated.

A lot nicer weather in Maine vs Texas... I wouldn't miss the heat for a second.

Yeah HR, but Texas doesn't often hit -20F in the winter with 6-8' of snow on the front lawn, and there are no blackflies in the spring. Don't get me wrong, I hate the heat, too, but I admit to thinking some very kind thoughts about Texas when running the snowblower last winter.

Don't forget the all time most successful pickup line up there: "Nice tooth, honey!"

Screw the heat. I will take the cold ass weather over that hot stuff. I never had a winter coat on last winter and we had -5 with -25F windchills here. I lived in a Schmidt thermal hooded sweatshirt. My guys at work gave me crap 2 winters ago. I was plowing in a tshirt with the window open.... it was around 5F.

I am in the process of buying a loader/backhoe combo. Bring it on old man winter....

So its hard to tell if you are in West Virginia or Maine? The hockey smile states.

No, the accent will tell you where you are.

I haven't been there but I sure agree with the "the farther from Mass, the nicer" sentiment.
