12 ga Low Recoil Pet loads?

Anyone have any low recoil loads that the want to share?
I use Win AA hulls

I have a load for the SupperX Hull but my lyman book says it is the same hull.....

And 1 1/4 of laed shot
cci # 109 shot primer
must use filler over the shot or the crimp pushes in.or you can just add 1/4 more shot and you dont need filler.
For filler all use is alitle packing popcorn

7/8 Ounce of Shot
16.5 Grains of Red Dot

Very low recoil, loaded with #6 Shot it busted a lot of Grouse for me this past year.

How low recoil do you want to go?? Is this low enough for you??

18 grs Red Dot
AA or Claybuster 7/8 oz. Grey Wad
WW or Fiocchi Primer
3/4 ounce shot

This load basically duplicates a 28 ga. target load of 3/4 oz.@ 1200 fps. Great load for women and kids who are starting out and you don't want to make recoil shy. I shoot it in sporting clays occasionally and only loose a couple birds to my regular 12 ga. 1 oz. scores.
