    Default Brass Prices

    I have some once fired brass I may want to sell. What is the going price for 40 SW, 9MM and 223 com and military brass?

    i just bought 6000 40 s.w 1 fired case i paid $23.00i bought them at..35 per lb from a
    widow she had about 15 or 20 5 gal buckets of all kind of cases 45s.38s 223s 308s 9mms
    380s 308s 357s i had enought of the rest so i passed on the rest then i got to thinking
    that is a good deal so i called her to tell i would take them all she had already sold them
    all for scrap darn

    her husband worked as a gunsmith and range officer for the countyt hat is where he got all the brass

    Scrap brass is going for about $1.85 lb. here in Southern Oregon.

    Lots of it gets sold under "Swapping & Selling" on the cb board. "Search" there, and you can check the surp sites like Weidner's, Jeff Bartlett, etc.
