    Thank alot for checking out. Who know I may not a elk this tag I have been luckly the last few years.The draw in july I have time to desideon 150 or 174 a box may last me r the rest of live.your emil would not let to reply.If the 150 hit 2402fps at 100yrds I may OK The Elk Are about 450lbs - 475lbs .at 200yds 2403x2403 x150 Div by 450395 = About 1800 - 1900 of energy at 2300fps would be about 1500 -1600 of energy What I Have been reading That it take 1900 lbs of energy to nock down a 500 lb elk So if I Div 500 in 1900 = 3.8 per pound . 400x3.8 = 1520 of energy for 400 lb elk.With a well place shot. I may be wrong
    .So if I can fine a safe load between 2600-2700 at 150yds I'll be OK
