I was talking to a English chap earlier & he had me stumped! He was refering to a 36bore shot gun ! I asked him what it was demention wise & he said it was just another name for a .410 . Now i have always been of the opion that a .410 is taken by it's bore diamiter hence .410 . I have never heard of it being called by it's gauge . Is this a common practice or is it something that has never reached Australia ?
The other thing was a 14g Riot gun that was produced by Greener . It had a Triple firing pin so if stolen the ammo could not be easily obtained anybody ever seen one of these ? as there is one for sale in Sydney!
