have never tried moly coated cast bullets ever.
if they are gas checked they might stand up to the low end jacketed loads.
i have been able to actually surpass jacketed velocities with cast in all of my 30-30's.
but for sass you are looking at no gas check [and hopefully square based]
bullets, if the nose fits correctly [light engraving when chambered]
and the body is large enough [310 or so] you should have decent accuracy under 1400 fps.
look at the hodgdon websight for loads that fit your criteria or in the lyman cast bullets book.
you will be looking at powders such as red dot, unique, and 2400.
