Welcome to the Guide, Bill. What manuals do you have and what powders do you have available? Sierra and Lyman both list lots of 300gr jacketed loads.

http://www.freedomarms.com/ for heavy loads, as well as the powders' websites;
".45 Colt loads for Ruger and TC" for lighter ones. Do NOT use H110 for reduced loads, or H110 .45 Colt loads in the longer .454 case.
