Thread: Charter Arms Target Patriot

    Default Charter Arms Target Patriot

Walked by one in the local True Value hardware store and it cried out so it came home with me. 327 Magnum, I've put 50 rounds of 100 gr. FC factory thru it and 100 rds. of my 32 magnum. Nice gun. Smoother and better finished than I expected, more accurate than I can shoot. Anyone else use a 327 magnum yet?

nope i've been looking at the charter arms ones but haven't seen one yet.
i guess i'll have to keep shooting the 30 carbine and 357 till i see one.
i haven't even seen some ammo yet.

I chose the CA over the Taurus and the Ruger because of the adjustable sights and 4" barrel. I fired the FC 100 gr. factory ammo and it is quite a hand full. I think I will load the 327 down a little and load the 32 Mag up a little. I haven't slugged the bore yet but it seems a little tight, I've got a bunch of Remington 71 gr. FMJ, .311 I'm going to run thru it to polish the bore before I start running cast 311316 GC thru it.
