Honestly we need to get a small town to pass an ordinance that everyone legally qualified to own a gun MUST own a gun, show basic proficiency and keep it and ammo in their home or on their person at all times. The liberals won't be able to figure out why the crime rate is so low.

Alas, doing such would probably undermine the very freedoms we enjoy as Americans.
