This kind of treatment is helpful if you have sensitive skin and are easily inflated. For example, it helped me get rid of acne when I was a teenager. I was having a lot of acne on my face. It involves using an LED light therapy machine to emit particular wavelengths of LED light to the skin. It helps to produce more collagen, which helps to replace old skin cells with new ones.
