How about drilling a relief hole in the seating punch? That would make cast cores all useable without adjustment. Just cast a little heavy, and extrude the excess.

Get Col. E.H. Harrison's book 'Cast Bullets" from the NRA. It has a chapter on paper patched bullets. Great book too for a wealth of info on cast lead bullets. Alternatively, look into using...
ebay! There's guys who make lubes all over that place. Several of them sell carnauba in sticks.
First thought.... Lyman makes several 9mm (.....380 is 9mm, yes?) 90 grain molds witha truncated cone nose design. Maybe a 35691?
