Any ideas cleaning up a Turk mauser action's machine marks? I have tried dremel, sanding, and filing. No luck just hard work. I even tried tumbling in walnut and it did clean up the surfaces but of course walnut is to soft for steel. I am ordering a 6.5 barrel this week. Of course it puts my other projects on hold. I am ready to build, reconfigure, hopefully not destroy. There is no pitting so I am happy there.
