Picked this up the other day, it`s a Stevens Favorite.
Nice little rifle. I shot one a few years back and found it reasonably accurate with the ammo on hand, and it fit me very well. I wouldn't say no to one if it came looking for me at a decent price.
Tom may I ask what price range that one fell into?
What is the overall condition?

Have been looking for a good one for sometime now but haven't had any luck. The next one is always going to be better.

Well it is missing the Rear Sight Step, other than that it is great, it has a few rust pits but it shoots great. I gave 50 bucks for it ! That is what the guy asked so I did`nt steal it........

My uncle had three of them. IDK what happened to them after he died. He had a 22 rimfire, 32 rimfire and a larger one that was chambered in some sort of 38 caliber centerfire cartridge. I don't believe it was 38-55 like the one in the link though. Good find!
