I have used Dillon Equipment Since the 450 press. I currently have the Sq Deal, the 550, the 650, and the 1050. Up until today I had a warm and fuzzy feeling about Dillon service. I had a problem with my 1050 jamming up. I finally was able to get all the shells out of the press but it was still jammed. The press is about 4 or 5 years old. I realize that Dillon considers the 1050 as a commercial machine and the warranty is only good for a year. But when I called Dillon and explained what problems I was having I was advised just start taking it apart, starting with the primmer system and when it unjams you will know what the problem is. I got the distinct feeling that they just really not want to be bothered with questions about the 1050. Is this typical of the service any you who have 1050s have been getting?
