Am considering a Handi-Rifle in .44 mag. Does anyone own one who cares to comment on them? I know about the Handi's, but just wondered how they were liked (or disliked) in the .44. Some say the recoil is stout. 'Course I could load it down for plinking like I do with handguns. How well do they shoot cast lead? Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

Lovedogs, you may want to try greybeards.com It has forums dedicated to various single shot brands of rifles. Oophs, just read the previous reply.

I'm on Graybeards, too. Maybe I've not been paying enough attention 'cuz I've not noticed anyone talking about the .44's in the Handi section. I'll take a better look. Thanks for the come-backs.
