has anyone used rex powder, i have a couple of cans of #2 and would like to use it on 9mm and 45acp, rex recommends 4.3gr with125 lead on 9 and 4.8 with 230 lead on 45, could i use fmj instead of lead, thanks

The FMJ has more friction then a cast, so I would not.

Both your data are quoted as maximum, so I wouldn't be afraid of cutting 10% for a starting load.

Bullseye powder load.
I read on another thread about a low velocity 7.62x54R cast bullet load using Bullseye pistol powder, Which I have allot of. Has anyone ever attempted this? if so I would like some load data, if it is out there. Thanks

it's commonly called a cat sneeze load.
5 grs period. bout 900 fps.

I've reloaded some .223 with Rex3. Started with 10 grns and work up to 12. Have not tested 13 yet. Don't have a chrony. 12 shot low.
