Has anybody reloaded the .35 Remington with 0.357" diameter handgun bullets in either 125gr or 110 gr? I have found some load data for the 158gr bullet in Speer and Hornady manuals. What kind of accuracy and velocity have people got using these handgun bullets? I have some laying around that I thought I would try on targets.

your 158 data should work for them too.
the bullets may be driven too fast and act like a varmint bullet at the higher end.

I shot light cast out of my marlin 336 with 10.0 Gr of IMR sr-4736. It shot really good, but I never did try light jacketed in it. I am thinking about trying some 158gn JHP full trottle out of my 358 Norma Magnum, but have not got around to it.
