that is probably as good as you are gonna get.
if you go to get one check it over really well for condition.
the moisins come in all kinds of conditions. some are really good others were used to get tanks unstuck.
and their bbl diams are all over the map.
most of them have about a 9lb trigger pull. but they seem to shoot jacketed ammo pretty well.
