I don't use Power Pistol, but get along fine with 5.5gr of Unique with cast and jacketed in that weight.

4.7 gr Unique under my cast 124 gr boolits works just fine. Very accurate. FYI 4.1 gr will make IPSC and IDPA PF in any of my several 9MM.
3.9 gr Win 231 also makes PF for IPSC and IDPA and is very accurate and runs consistant velocities over my Chrono. Burns a little cleaner than Unique but when you shoot lead clean is a relative term.
