    I buried a piece of lead shrapnel pretty deep in my arm once shooting steel so good advice John.

    Some guy did that at the range when I was there. He claims he hit the steel post but I think the wanker shot the steel sky screen. You could hear the stuff hit the cars behind him.

    I used to play four wall handball in my youth. It is a game of angles so I am aware of angles while shooting plates but once this fall I shot a plate at close range and got a little piece of shrapnel in my left forearm. Made me think that it might not have been trivial if in my eye. Checked my range box and I already had shooting glasses. I now wear them much more.
