has anybody tried EFK's dbl or trpl recoil springs for glock or any other sidearm? do they work as well as the propaganda -hype reads?

I have a plan
the only springs i have ever changed in a firearm has been for the trigger pull.
i figure if they put that spring in there at the factory it's the way they designed it.
i find it easier to tune a load.
if the spring were to wear out then i would think of a slight poundage change but the wearing out of the spring already changed it's poundage.
trying to soup up a gun leads to it usually needing other changes, or tuning like the extractor.
unless you are changing the spring to handle an extremely light load or an exaggerated heavy bullet.
i doubt you'll see much gain.
