I found a couple of shells in some reloads I inherited than are printed and headstamped "TRACER", they are copper heads (or what do you call the metal part in shotgun reloads?) and the shell part is corrugated waxed paper, brown in color (like a brown paper bag.)
Anybody know anything about these?
