I did some trading and wound up with a 7.62x25 semi auto pistol and one box of Speer Gold Dots, Hollow points, .312 Dia., 60 grain. I need loading data for these bullets. My references don't show anything that light. I have Unique, Bulls Eye, Tight Group, Universal Clays, and Trail Boss powder on hand. Anyone have any experience with this caliber, this light?

if you have data for a heavier bullet like 100 or so you can try that first.
is 312 the proper diameter for this pistol??

Mine is a CZ52, same as test firearm used in Lyman" Pistol and Revolver", 2nd edition., groove dia. .310. It recommends a #313249 mold. 85 grns.. Lightest boolit for this caliber, reason for my question about 60 grn. Gold Dots.
Thanks,

http://makarov.com/cz52/ has data from 71gr up!!

Contrary to popular belief, these guns have a thin spot in the chamber and are not indestructible.

I would not thoot then bullets out of that pistol. My CZ 52 will not chamber more then a 310 CAST bullet. I have shot .308 bullets out of mine. It has a rather fast twist so I have used bullets intended for the 30 carb.
