I really like the taurus, I really like the 40!!! The trigger is very crisp!!! The first time on paper at 40yds i'm shooting into 4". I've only shot one box but had NO jams. I had never shot the 40 before, i was really surprized> It does kick like a 9mm, Connie liked shooting it

I really like my Walther P99 in .40 cal. It fits my hand and almost aims its self. I don't have a Taurus autoloader but I do own 2 Taurus Revolvers, a Raging Bull in .41 mag and a .357 model 905? It has a 2.5" barell but it shoots pretty good. I hope you can try out a Walther P99 sometime.

Hey Toney glad you like your 40 cal. I bought one of them tupperware guns last year. It's a Sigma 40ve. I wanted to see what all the kids was raven about. At first I didn't care much for it as I have carried revolvers all my life. That DAO didn't agree with me much. I shot about 2 boxs a month through it and I got to admit the gun works just fine. I had a few jams when I first got it but I found what it likes and that took care of that. :-D

The 24-7 Pro has a nice crisp SA trigger, the first pull is long but really easy and it resets right now!!! I've shot around 150rds with no jams at all

It's a good round and very user friendly to reload. OAL is critical to avoid pressure peaks as this round is a fairly high pressure one for a handgun. I think a factory crimp die is a must with it.

Baldy,

Glad to see someone elses like the 40 Sigma...I've read a lot of mixed reviews about it but went ahead and got one. The DAO heavy trigger is still killing me (used to SA/DA pistols, never been a revolver guy) but my groups are shrinking steadily. Revolver guys probably wouldn't have much trouble adapting to it...
