old posting with design for a home-built press

I am looking for the plans I saw (I hope it was on this site — yes, there ARE others) for a beefy home-built swaging press. I even printed them off when I found them, but my filing system is as flawed as my memory.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Better, anyone have those plans?
