Oh my that could be a bundle of fun. Looking in my older copy of "Cartridges of the World", I find two H&H cartridges, neither with the name "Apex".
The first is called the .240 Belted Rimless Nitro-Express and is described as havining a case similar in size to the 30-06.
Data is as follows all for 100 grain bullets.

40.9 gr. IMR-4350 for 2920 FPS

34.0 gr. 4895* for 2750 FPS.

* I don't have a clue if that is one of the various milsurp 4895s or the now standardized IMR or H. be careful with that one.

The other cartridge is the .244 Belted Rimless magnum (H&H)

75 gr. bullet:
64.0 gr. IMR-4350 for 3480 FPS
90 gr. bullet:
67.0 gr. 4831* for 3487 FPS
100 gr. bullet:
65.0 gr. 4831* for 3350 FPS.

* Same comment as for 4895. This could be milsurp 4831 as sold by Hodgden years ago.
I found no data in my older Lyman manuals from the 1950's.
Two places you might go to and ask. One is Accurate Loading.com and the other is 24 Hour Campfire. Sorry but that's the best I can do for you.
