hola amigo , the very best thing i can tell you is that google is our friend ;) a word of wisdom - every current manufacturer - be it powder or tools etc has a web site , the powder ones usually offer limited data , and the tool manufacturers usually offer instructions , some even offer reloading tips , techniques etc , in this case it would be rock chuck bullet company better knwn simply as RCBS
http://www.rcbs.com/downloads/instructions/RS_or_JR_3_Manual.pdf
they also offer a limited reloading guide ( several categories in there learn at your own pace )

as for beginning to reload - fair warning it's addicting and alot of fun as long as one follows the rules and safety aspects , one thing i would suggest ? buy several manuals and read them , one is good two is better and more wouldnt hurt - one can never have too many or too much information and data
as for the shotgun press ... i'm not familiar with it but here's redding's home page

As said reloading is very addicting, Savings is speculative. Reloaded Ammo is cheaper, but you will shoot much more.
The link below has some very good information, I am not recommending any of the loads he list, I have used many of them safely, but these are at or near max loads.
And in most cases a mid – range load will be much more economical and you will have better accuracy.
The link is a good primer for a new reloader, but nothing beats a good Reloading manual. And as a good generic manual I would recommend the Lyman 49th.
Good luck with the addiction and be safe.

I found this with a quick google search.
Your basic press instructions can be found in most standard load manuals and die adjustments are included with the dies..
I can't tell you anything about the redding press but I really didn't look either.
